The picture below shows a larger view of this 1920s Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Advertising Magnetic Fortune Teller Toy Prize with Envelope. This is a prize that has Sailor Jack and his dog Bingo imprinted on a cellophane type material. What you would do is place it in your hand after breathing on your palm. Depending on what it did next would determine your fortune. The instructions and the fortunes are on the envelope. It is also marked as follows:

The prize envelope measures about 1-11/16'' x 2-1/2''. The envelope appears to be in near mint condition but the fortune teller is missing Jack's arm and part of his head as pictured. Unfortunately because of the material and age the fortune teller becomes brittle, cracks, and is often found with missing parts like this.
