It is printed in red and blue on white paper. It was most likely worn by a cook, baker, or another employee at a Sunbeam Bakery or at a Diner or restaurant. The hat was made by Pal Cap of Columbus, Ohio. It is marked on the two sides as follows: LET'S BE FRIENDS
