It was put out by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service, Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health Administration. There is an ink stamping on the back from the American Legion Post 69 of Somersworth, New Hampshire. It measures 8-7/16" x 10-7/8". It is very colorful and in near mint condition. There is a white sticker on the cover that might be removed with care. |
