The picture shows a view of all (3) Old Jewish Religion Related Items in this lot. On the left side of the picture are a few closer images. The first item is believed to be a bookmark. It is made of cloth with fringed ends. It has needlepoint work on it in green and red. It has what appears to be a person on one end and the word ''JERUSALEM'' in the center. On the back is a tag (shown). It too has a person. The tag reads as follows: MADE BY THE ARAB REFUGEE HANDWORKS CENTRE IN JERUSALEM, JORDAN MISS A. G. HALABY The next item is a charm bracelet. It has a book charm with a star. The inside is lined with blue velvet. Inside is a metal tube, also with a star. Inside the tube is a miniature scroll. There is a closer view of both. The metal book is plated and some of the plating is worn and bubbled. Next there is a painted brass wall plaque. It has a scroll design, a crown, the two (10) Commandment tablets, and is marked ''JERUSALEM''. There are two loops to hang a chain from. The age of these three are unknown. To judge the sizes the book mark measures 10-1/4'' long. |
