The picture below shows a larger front and back view of this Old Unused Identification Key Chain or Tag with U.S. Navy Sailor Picture. This keychain is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s. You would open it up and insert your photograph on one side and on the paper insert you would write your name, street, city, state, and phone number in case your keys or whatever you tagged is found so it can be returned to you. The paper insert was made with a United States Navy Sailor picture. It was probably marketed to Sailors on Naval Bases. The fob, tag, or charm measures about 1-1/2'' wide. It appears to be in excellent unused condition except it looks like someone pried on the back and made a small crack in the clear plastic as pictured.
