Miniature Bell Charm Toy Nostalgic Holiday Christmas Decoration

The picture shows a view of this Old Unopened Package of Miniature Bell Charms. The package is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s or early 1960s. There are red, green, and white hard plastic bells inside. The header card pictures Santa Claus on the front and other smaller holiday images on the back. It is marked on the two sides as follows:
