| | | The picture shows a view of all (17) 1950s Automobile World on Wheels Trading Cards in this lot. One on the bottom row was turned over to show the back design. Many of these have an auto emblem on the front. These are not dated but they are from around 1954 from the Topps Gum Company. All except the Volkswagen card were of the newest 1953 cars available at that time. These are from a set of (180) cards. These all have red backs and there are no duplicates. The cards included in this lot are as follows: #74. Cadillac El Dorado Convertible 1953 #75. Willys Aero Falcon Two Door sedan 1953 #78. Hudson Wasp Four Door Sedan 1953 #79. Plymouth Cranbrook Convertible Club Coupe 1953 #81. Dodge Coronet Two Door Sedan 1953 #82. Henry J. Corsair Deluxe Two Door Sedan 1953 #83. Pontiac Chieftan Deluxe Convertible 1953 #84. Volkswagen German Make Convertible #140. Kaiser De Luxe Four Door Sedan 1953 The cards each measure 3-3/4'' x 2-5/8''. These appear to be in excellent over all condition as pictured. Please see the scan for the conditions. Many of these may have a penciled tire on the back. These can be easily erased if desired. There are some that have a ''x'' written on the back. We do not know why, but most of these have two holes punched in them (please see the picture below). |
