The picture shows a view of all (10) Colorful Old Celluloid Toy Dog Charms in this lot. These charms are not dated but they are from the 1920s or 1930s. They are marked ''JAPAN''. They are hand painted. These type charms were used as a premium or prize on liquor bottles, beer bottles, bread wrappers, as carnival prizes, and sold in different old novelty catalogs. Two of the dogs are dressed in clothes and one has a top hat. To judge the sizes the greyhound charm in the lower left measures about 1-1/2'' long. These appear to be in excellent or better condition as pictured. The dog with a brown collar has a missing back foot.
