| The pictures below show larger views of this Ogunquit Playhouse Portland Press Herald Maine Newspaper Metal Printing Plate. The printing plate is not dated but it is old. We do not know what years that the image was printed in the newspaper, but with some reseach we are sure that could be found. The playhouse has operated since 1937 when it was built, to the present day. The printing plate is a exterior negative image for printing, The second picture below was digitally flipped to at least show a correct view of the Playhouse. The third picture shows the back of the metal plate with a Portland Press Herald newspaper plate identification label. It is marked ''OGUNQUIT PLAYHOUSE''. The old metal printing plate measures 7-1/4'' x 3-1/2''. It appears to be in excellent used condition as pictured. |
