The pictures below show larger front and back views of all (11) Old O.K. Vender Amusement Arcade Token Coins in this lot. These tokens are not dated but they are from the 1920s and 1930s. They were made for use with an O.K. Vender slot machine made by The Mills Novelty Company of Chicago, Illinois. If desired, the machine would also dispense a roll of ''Vens'' mint candies. All but one of these coins appear to be made of brass. (9) of these tokens are marked on the two sides as follows: PROPERTY OF O.K. VENDER LOANED FOR AMUSEMENT ONLY Two of these tokens are marked differently and advertise the mint candy. They read as follows: O.K. VENS COUPON 35054 One of those two tokens is missing the ''O.K.'' and a dot. All of these for one price! Ten of these coins measure 13/16'' wide which is the same as an American Buffalo Nickel which was also used in these slot machines. These token coins appear to range from good to excellent condition as pictured. |
