| | | The picture shows a view of this Original 1968 Beverly Massachusetts 300th Anniversary Parade Home Movie Film. The running time is unknown but the film fills about 3/4 of the the 7" metal reel that it is on. This silent film was made by an amateur film maker in 1968 of parts of the Beverly, Massachusetts 300th Anniversary Parade. There are also some scenes on the Kancamagus Highway and on Cannon Mountain in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This is not a copy and it has never before seen footage. It begins with people leaving their house and ends on a scenic mountain road coming home. We watched the movie and took some notes of most of the sites and signs seen on it. The film includes at least those things on the list below (in the order seen): People Leaving House, Picnic, Highway With Old Cars, Beverly, Massachusetts 300th Anniversary Parade 1669 - 1969, Cheerleaders, Marching Bands, Baton Twirlers, Beverly Motor Sales Sign, 1776 Beverly Lions Club Float & Clowns, Military Band, U.S. Army Soldiers & U.S. Navy Sailors, Large U.S.S. Quanset Point CVS-21 Scale Model Aircraft Carrier - U.S. Naval Air Station, Quanset Point, Rhode Island, K Elleher Fuel Company Sign, Marching Bands, Shriners on Horseback, Shriners Band, Clowns With Crazy Vehicles, Military on Horse Back, Flag Bearers, Beverly Chamber of Commerce Float, Native American Indians, Letter Carriers Pony Express & Mail Horse Wagon, Scottish With Bagpipes, Man on a Large Big Wheel Bicycle, More Marching Bands, Early Horse Drawn Fire Engine, Pageant Women, Native American Indian Dancers, White Mountains, New Hampshire Fall Foliage, Kancamagus Highway, Old Maple Sugar House, Skimobile Ride & Ski Chair Lifts on Mt. Cranmore, N.H.. The film has clear images, plays well and is in mint as made condition. This is never before seen film footage that has been stored away all these years! |
