The plate is not dated but it is believed to be from the late 1800s, or early 1900s. In the center is a colorful Fort Constitution brick & stone wall scene with a castle gate. Around the plate it is dark or Navy blue with some gold scroll painting and gold paintededge. It is marked on the two sides as follows: FORT CONSTITUTION,
