The picture below shows larger front and back views of this 1954 Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Painted Tin Toy Prize Blow Spinner Top. It has pink paint on the top and no finish on the bottom. There are fins on the top to catch wind and an embossed point on the bottom for it to spin on. To make the spinner work you would blow down on the top. The top is not marked. The Cracker Jack ID number for this prize is Z-1189 and it was made by The Cosmo Manufacturing Company of Chicago, Illinois. This is the smallest example of one of these that was used as a prize. The blow spinner measures about 1'' wide. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured.
