The cards were also reordered and made in the 1940s during World War II. There are (2) cards connected. One is for the person writing the secret code and one is for the person receiving it to decode the message. With this prize you can write and receive secret messages from friends. The cards have the secret alphabet Dot and Dash codes, instructions, and an example message stating “Will You Be My Sweetheart?” The cards also read: SEND A MESSAGE BY DOT & DASH (instructions) MADE IN U.S.A. ©1939 - MAKATOY COMPANY - CHICAGO The Cracker Jack ID number for this magic trick prize is Z-0928 and they were made by The Makatoy Company. There may be another similar example of this prize that was made folded and with a paper band. These two connected cards together measure about 2-7/16'' x 3''.
