The picture shows two views of this Old Unused Mister Softee Ice Cream Advertisng Premium Toy Flicker Ring. The ring is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s or 1960s. The ring is made of silver painted plastic and there is a flicker image mounted on top. The flicker was most likely made by the Vari-Vue company. One image has the Mr. Softee advertising character and the other reads as follows:

To judge the size the flicker on the ring measures 7/16'' x 9/16''. It is in mint unused condition as pictured.
