These are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1970s or 1980s. They are made of colored plastic with painted raised surfaces. The rings have a divided back that spreads apart to fit any child's finger. Only one ring is marked on the back, and it has a pop off blue ring. The posts from the ring are Ronald’s eyes.
