The picture below shows a larger view of the (2) Unused ©1957 From Hell It Came and The Disembodied Double Feature Horror Movie Ad Mat Molds in this lot. The two are still connected. The double feature admat is not dated but they are from the 1957 movies. These are molds in which lead is poured to create a thin metal negative image that is then mounted on a wooden block for printing. Advertising is no longer being made or printed like this.

The ad mats are like miniature 3-D posters and would look nice framed, or you could still use them to make print blocks. The print block would have been used to print on movie pages in newspapers, in magazines, or in the movie theater programs. It is made of a thick compressed paper board.

The admats have movie scene images from the double feature movie advertising. There are two inset images. The left admat has a Devil like creature with a woman and so does the right top image. The right bottom image has a pretty lady holding up a dagger and a fetish doll with a skull in the background. The admats are marked as follows:
