We do not see a date on the wallet, but it is believed to be from the 1940s. This comic was created or launched in 1930. It is marked on the snap change pocket inside as follows: LORD FRANCIS
PAT. PEND. The wallet is red vinyl inside, and leather or vinyl on the outside. It has a snap change pocket and used clear photo pages inside. There is a working zipper that goes around the edge to close. There are (10) characters embossed on the outside, along with their names (difficult to see), a copyright, and some small and large stars.
