| | | The picture below shows three larger views of this Rare Early Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Novelty Cardboard Head with Moving Tongue Toy Prize. This prize is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1920s or early 1930s. I forget what these are called. There is a black thread connected to the back of the tongue inside that can be easily hidden, and when pulled, the tongue comes out about 1-1/4'', and goes up. The colorful prize is made of printed cardboard, with a rounded front, and a cardboard backing. This one is of a bearded man, that appears to look like Santa Claus. There is a tiny metal hook at the top on the back. It is not marked. The head measures about 1-5/8'' wide. It appears to be in excellent working condition as pictured. |
