These cards would have been acquired from an old penny arcade machine, that were usually located at an arcade, boardwalk, amusement park, train or bus station, or other popular tourist locations. One side has a fortune and an cartoon or comic image to go along with it, and your lucky numbers. The other sides have a planet the Sun, and stars, along with Zodiac or Astrology dates with their flower and birthstone. These were Printed in the U.S.A. and are copyrighted ©1944 during World War II by Mike Munves Corp. of New York. Both of these for one price! The cards each measure about 2-1/2'' x 4-1/16''. They appear to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured. |
