The pictures show a view of all (9) 1940s World War II United States Army Post Cards in this lot. Two of these were mailed and have a 1941 postmark. These divided back postcards were made by W. R. Thompson & Company, Publishers, of Richmond, Virginia. The backs are marked ''DEFEND YOUR COUNTRY - JOIN THE U.S. ARMY''. In the order pictured, the captions read as follows:
