This model kit appears to be complete. It looks like it was either not finished, or that it was taken apart and stored in the box. Sections are assembled and in the box. The water decal sheet is included and the decals have not been used. This model is part of a ''Famous Picture Plane Series''. This kit is pictured on the side with an ''I.L.-38 RUSSIAN BOMBER'' and a ''C-130A TACTICAL AIR COMMAND TRANSPORT'' plane. The box states ''COLLECT THESE PICTURE PLANES ... EACH WITH BOX TOP PAINTING YOU CAN FRAME''. The other long box side advertises and pictures the following ''WHIP - FLY'' kits: NAVY F9F-8 JET FIGHTER
