Gumball Machine   Army   Military   Cloth Patch   Display   Prize   Premium
The picture shows this 1960's Gum Ball Machine Display Header Card With Prizes. These are the cards that went in the machine to entice children to spend their change or bug their parents for theirs. You could only hope to get the item that you saw displayed. This one is sealed as made. It has a pale yellow background with black print. There are (9) different mounted Army cloth patches. It reads:

25c - REAL "ARMY" PATCHE'S - 25c

The card sure seems to cheapen the work of the Army! If you are familiar with the Army you might recognise these patches with their insignia. Only one has wording that reads: "CORPS OF ENGINEERS - U.S. ARMY". The card measures 9-1/2" x 8". It appears to be in mint condition.
