A TAXPAYER IS A PERSON WHO DOES NOT HAVE TO PASS A CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATION TO WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT.

Inside the woman is up and exercising to a record on a phonograph. Uncle Sam is smashing her medicine with a hammer. It reads as follows:

WITH THE SHORTAGE OF DOCTORS AND NURSES, YOU'VE GOT A NERVE BEING SICK. ''TSK! TSK!'' (Uncle Sam). SO IF YOU'RE AT ALL PATRIOTIC YOU'LL GET OVER IT PRETTY DARN QUICK! ''ATTA GIRL!'' (Uncle Sam).

There are (4) old black & white photographs. These are believed to be from the 1940s. These photos picture an Uncle Sam post holding a mail box. Next to it is a flag pole with an American flag. It appears to be a 48 star flag.

Next is a small silver painted plastic gum ball machine charm from the 1960s. On both sides it has Uncle Sam, a United States image, and stars all around.

There is a colorful old paper sticker picturing Uncle Sam and stars. It reads:

BE A STAR SPANGLED KID!

There are (2) identical ©1998 United States Postal Service Uncle Sam 32 cent postage stamp magnets. They have the famous recruiting image of Uncle Sam. These are marked as follows:
