| The picture shows a view of the (4) Unused 1958 King Creole Elvis Presley Movie Ad Mat Molds. These are all still connected. All four have movie scene images and one has the advertising for the movie. The ad mat is not dated but it is from 1958 when the movie was made. These are molds in which lead is poured to create a thin metal negative image that is then mounted on a wooden block for printing. Advertising is no longer being made or printed like this. The ad mats are like a miniature 3-D posters and would look nice framed, or you could still use them to make print blocks from. The print block would have been used to print on movie pages in newspapers, in magazines, or in the movie theater programs. It is made of a thick compressed paper board. These admats have images of Elvis playing guitar and in movie scenes. It is marked as follows: PARAMOUNT PRESENTS
