| | | The pictures show views of this Complete Old Novelty Sunflex Sun Pictures Camera Kit. The kit is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1940s or 1950s. This kit was made in Japan. The camera looking box is used for developing pictures. One side has a window (with instructions) that lifts up to place a negative and a piece of photo sensitive paper. There are two packets of old photo paper that are wrapped in black paper. Because of age, the original photo papers are most likely no good, but new developing paper can be purchased at any camera store. All (15) of the negatives pictured are included. Some of them are on glassine paper and others are on another type of thin paper. The images are as follows: Young girl with a doll and pull toy duck. Space scene with planet, spaceships, rockets, etc.. Western cowboy with hat & gun belt. Scene with a diesel locomotive train & airplane. A man with a sword. Strange man with a box of bottles. A woman with a hat & cape. Cartoon man with a beard. Annie Oakley looking cowgirl. Musketeer with sword. Scene with BOAC airplane flying over boats & a city skyline. Space scene with planet, spaceships, rockets, etc.. Cowboy on a horse & Native American Indian with a tomahawk. Cowboys fighting over a gun. Young girl with a doll and pull toy duck. To judge the sizes the camera looking box measures 2-1/2'' x 3-7/8'' x 3/4''. The kit is in excellent unused condition as pictured. |
