It is a complete set. This black & white photo set was published by Dexter Press of Pearl River, New York. The photo cards each measure about 3-1/2'' x 2-3/8''. They appear to be in mint condition as pictured. The mailer box has some wear and age discoloration. In the order pictured, the photos are marked with the following captions or titles: Municipal Airport (''Keep 'em Flying'' pennant flag)
