This small empty advertising container is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1800s. Others from this company were made of tin, but this one is made of cardboard with a paper covering. There is a blue, gold, and white pattern around the side and around the edge of the lid. It is marked as follows: HOOPER'S CACHOUS AROMATISES
