| | | The picture shows a view of this 1930 Union Square Lewiston Maine Post Card. The postcard was sent from Lewiston, Maine to a South Tamworth, New Hampshire address. It has a written message and is postmarked Lewiston, Maine 1930. There is a one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp. The post card has a great image with buildings, people, signs, trolley cars, and American flags. A few signs that can be read are as follows: ALDEN'S DRUG STORE MAKE THIS YOUR STORE WE WANT YOUR BUSINESS COCA-COLA CHOP SUEY JOURNAL The post card reads: UNION SQURE AND LISBON ST., LOOKING SOUTH, LEWISTON, ME. The postcard measures 5-1/2'' x 3-1/2''. It is in excellent used condition. A little of the postmark is on the image side as pictured. |
