The maker is unknown and it is not marked. It is made of clear glass with a cobalt blue bowl like section at the bottom. The bubble and ring inside resembles an atomic bomb mushroom cloud and shockwave. This is over two pounds of glass. It measures about 3-1/2'' tall by 3-1/4 wide''.
