April 1963 (64 pages) These booklets are filled with all kinds of Ice Cream and Drive-In advertising as well as storys about and from leaders in the industry back then. There are many ads for Equipment, Products, Ice Cream Trucks, Signs, Supplies, and much more! There is equipment pictured for ice cream, pop corn, cotton candy, sno-cones, chocolate, pizza, hot dogs, Pepsi signs, hamburgers, drink flavors, milk shakes, roasted nuts, ice, whipped cream, cigarette machine, premium toys and toy rings, hot chocolate, fountain soda, wooden nickels, and much more! These have old Drive In places and ice cream trucks pictured. A few can be seen on the covers. I noticed two ads (one is partially torn) for toy premiums and prizes, and toy rings. The last one even has a nice article entitled: "PLUS... THE STORY OF PREMIUM MERCHANDISING." Each of these booklets measure about 5" x 6-1/2". These are in generally very good to excellent condition. The first one has only very light wear to the cover. The second one has a tiny piece of paper scraped at the top of the cover and 1/2 of the back cover cut out. The third one has a missing front cover and 1/3 of one inside page torn out. The last one appears to be in near mint condition. |
