| | | The picture shows the (2) Scarce 1926 D.L. Clark Company Invoices in this lot. One of them has company letterhead and the other does not. The D.L. Clark Company was a confection / candy manufacturer. They were the makers of the CLARK BAR, ZIGZAG CONFECTION, as well as many, many more. ZigZag was a competitor of both Cracker Jack and Checkers Popcorn Confection. The larger invoice is addressed to the Wm. F. Brockmeyer Cigar Company of St. Louis, Missouri. The smaller sheet appears to be a shipping order form for one 195 lb. case of candy to be shipped to D.L. Clark. To judge the sizes the larger invoice measures 8-3/4" x 8-1/4". Both are in good condition with some light wear and tear. |
