The picture shows three views of this 1964 - 1965 New York World's Fair Monorail Advertising Souvenir Toy Flicker Ring. The ring is made of yellow plastic and it has a flicker image on the top that was most likely made by Vari-Vue. One view of the flicker has the Monorail that was at the Fair. The other view is marked as follows:

To judge the size the ring face measures about 5/8'' x 3/4''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured.
