The picture shows a view of the cover, title page and a few examples of the illustrations in this ©1917 Little Boy Bear Hard Back Book. This book is by Belle Kanaris Maniates, copyrighted by Frank M. Sheldon, was illustrated by Elizabeth B. Warren, and published by The Pilgrim Press of Boston, Massachusetts. It appears that this (56) page story book is about an Eskimo boy living with a Polar Bear family. The table of contents reads as follows:

I. The Birth of Little Boy Bear
II. Little Boy Bear Makes His First Voyage
III. Little Boy Bear Has A Visitor
IV. John's Prayer

The captions for the illustrations read as follows:

''He's A Little Fellow For The Son Of The King Of The Fourfoots''
