The pictures below show several larger views of this Old Unidentified Small Jointed Red Plastic Toy Robot. The robot is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s or 1960s. It was found among many cereal prizes and playset figures from the same time period. It may have been a mail away premium, but we do not know for sure. We have not had or even seen one of these particular robots before. If you can identify it, please let us know.

This cool looking robot is made of red plastic. It has jointed and moving arms and legs. There is obviously a part missing on the top of its head. Looking into the head you can see an old AA battery and a metal part with a place for a light bulb. We would open it and remove the battery, but there are four plastic pins that went through the parts on the sides, and as ears that were melted to keep it closed. Rather than cause any damage we will leave that for the buyer to decide. Since we can not find a picture of this robot, we do not know what the part on its head looks like.

Without the part on top of its head the toy robot measures about 3'' x 4-1/2'' x 1-1/8''. Other then the missing part it appears to be in excellent condition as pictured.
