The picture shows this Old Cracker Jack Iron On Transfer Premium / Prize of a Native American Indian. This transfer is seen in reverse. When ironed on cloth the image will be seen correctly. Although this transfer is not dated it is believed to be from the 1930s or 1940s. These transfers were found as prizes in Cracker Jack boxes as well as available as a mail away premium in packets of (25) transfers. There were a wide variety of images and subject matter used.

This transfer has an image of a Native American Indian. Below is the advertising:

"BUY CRACKER JACK"

The transfer is in red and blue on a light tissue paper. Some transfers have instructions and some do not (as made). They were put out by Rueckheim Bros. & Eckstein. Transfers vary in length size, but this style measures 2-1/2" wide. Because of the thin paper and that they were inserted as prizes in boxes these are commonly found with wrinkles, creases, or folds. Please judge the condition by the clear picture below.
