The picture shows this Old & Rare New England Confectionary Company (NECCO) Hub - Jells Candy Wrapper. The picture shows both sides of the wrapper. It has the original cardboard insert and a nice advertisement on the back for other NECCO candies including: BOLSTER, SKY BAR, and CHOCOLATE MINT PATTIE. This is a 1-3/4 oz. wrapper. This candy was made by The New England Confectionary Company (NECCO) of Cambridge, Massachusetts. It measures 6-1/4" x 1-3/4" and in mint condition. In searching for old candy wrappers I have found that it is not as easy as it might seem. No one saved these and now they are quite rare to find. This one as well as others in my items came from a candy, tobacco, and gum jobber in New Hampshire. Someone in the company had saved wrapper samples of all the candies they sold. Items acquired were from the 1910's to the 1940's. The business has been long since gone. This one is from that lot.
