| The picture shows a view of both sides of this Unused 1978 Montgomery Ward Mickey Mouse Birthday Club Card With Punch Out Mobile. Also included is the original mailer or cover envelope. This colorful old greeting card has three panels. The first one pictures Mickey Mouse with a magic wand and top hat with Thumper holding a birthday cake. On the back is a message and the instructions for assembling the attached ''Mickey and His Pals Fun Time Mobile''. The other two panels have the unpunched parts of the mobile. They include colorful hanging bars, a ''Happy Birthday'' Mickey Mouse center circle, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, and Goofy. Besides the instructions, the card is marked as follows: MONTGOMERY WARD
