Included in this lot are the following items: There are (3) Old Unused Sheets of Davy Crockett Character Tattoos in this lot. These were purchased off of an old counter display in a store. They are believed to be from the 1950s or 1960s. The directions are at the bottom of the sheets. There are a total of (28) tattoos per sheet. They have images of Davy Crockett with his coon skin cap and rifle, fighting a bear, tied to a post, and with a Texas flag, There is a scene of the Alamo, Native American Indians, a Conestoga Wagon, and many different weapons. They are all in mint unused condition as pictured. These were from an old store display and they have three sets of staple holes at the top as they were made. Next there is a ©1967 Daniel Boone Mini Concentration Ed-U-Cards Card Game. The card game has (35) cards, (17) pairs with many scenes and the title card. The different color pictures on them are shown below. There is a pink plastic play money coin. It has an image of Davy Crockett in the water with his rifle over his head. The token or coin is marked on the two sides as follows: DAVY CROCKETT CROSSING A RIVER AMERICAN HERO 10 PLAY COIN Next is a Davy Crockett tin pin back button. It has an image of Davy Crockett riding a horse with his gun in front of the United States Capitol Building. There is one worn spot near the bottom and it can be seen in the picture below. It is marked: DAVY CROCKETT GOES TO WASHINGTON PIONEER PHILA. BADGE CO. INC. PHILA. PA. There is a small silver colored metal ''DAVY CROCKETT'' in his coon skin hat and rifle. We are not sure what this was made for, but it has no pin or charm loop, and it does not appear to have been attached to anything. A pin could be applied or it could be attached to a necklace pendant if desired. Next there are (2) different old Davy Crockett light blue plastic gum ball machine prize toy rings. They have two different poses of him. One is with his rifle and the other is not. Last but not least in this lot are (2) different Davy Crockett or Daniel Boone rubber play set figures. We do not know what sets these go with. They could be by Marx Toys or Auburn Rubber. Both have him with a rifle. One is for on a horse and the other has a base with a gun that shoots around corners. Just kidding, the rubber straightens out. All of these items for one price! To judge the sizes the tattoo sheets each measures 8-7/16'' x 7''. These items appear to range from excellent to mint condition as pictured and described above. |
