The picture below shows larger front and back views of this Rare Early Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Novelty Accordion Cardboard American Flag Toy Prize Whistle. This prize is not dated but it is from the early 1920s when the “ME FOR CRACKER JACK” slogan was used. It has a (35) star American flag. The flower shape with a hole is the whistle from inside. In the center of the two cardboard halves is a red, white, and blue paper accordion section that you pull and push, making it whistle or play a song. After all of these years, it is the only one that I have seen that still actually works well. It is marked as follows:

This rare cardboard prize measures about 3'' x 2-3/8'' x 1''(with accordion opened). It appears to be in excellent working condition as pictured.
