The picture shows a view of all (4) Colorful Old Asbury Park New Jersey Beach & Boardwalk Post Cards in this lot. Two of these postcards have been mailed in the 1940s and two are unused. The first postcard has an image of the Casino at the end of the boardwalk. It has a message on the back and was mailed to a Perth Amboy, N.J. address. There is a one cent postage stamp and a 1947 postmark. The front of the card is marked as follows:

CASINO FROM PIER,
ASBURY PARK, N.J.

The second postcard has an old image of the beach with people, the boardwalk, and the Convention Hall at the end of the boardwalk. It is unused. The front of the card is marked as follows:

BATHING BEACH AND CONVENTION HALL,
ASBURY PARK, N.J.

The third postcard has an old image of the Asbury Park New Jersey Boardwalk at night. There are lamp posts in the foreground and people walking about. It has a message on the back and was mailed to a Rahway New Jersey address. There is a one cent postage stamp and a 1948 postmark. The front of the card is marked as follows:

NIGHT SCENE ON THE BOARDWALK,
ASBURY PARK, N.J.

The fourth postcard has an old image of the New Monterey Hotel. It is unused. The front of the card is marked as follows:

NEW MONTEREY HOTEL,
ASBURY PARK, N.J.

The postcards each measure about 5-1/2'' x 3-1/2''. They are in excellent condition as pictured.
