The picture shows all (3) Different Old Sportsman Pins in this lot. The first one on the left is a pinback button. It pictures a skier jumping. It is printed green on white. It is not dated but believed to be from the 1940's. It reads: GRANITE STATE OUTING CLUB ROCHESTER, N. H. (New Hampshire) Next is a large pinback button that pictures a fish and crossed rifle and a fly fishing pole. It has a crack with an old repair as can be seen in the scan. It has red and yellow print and reads: FARMINGTON FISH & GAME CLUB, INC. SPORTSMEN'S SHOW 1954 MAR. 5-6-7 Last on the right is a blue plastic pin badge / button with an appied red plastic dog head and crossed rifle and fly fishing rod. The badge is a little warped from heat but could be straightened with heat again. The front and back read as follows: GLOCESTER ROD & GUN CLUB SPORTSMENS PLASTIC BADGE CO. LEOM., MASS. (Leominster, Massachusetts) To judge the sizes the center one measures 1-3/4" across. They are in good - excellent condition. |
