The picture shows a view of this Early Cracker Jack Advertising Fortune Telling Paper Toy Prize. This prize is not dated but it is from the 1930s. It is spinning dial prize that is made of card stock paper. There is a lithographed tin version that was made of this prize as well but fewer of the paper ones survived over the years. It pictures Sailor Jack and his dog Bingo with a crystal ball on a Cracker Jack Mystery Club box. What you would do is spell out your name with the alphabet around the edge and read your fortune in the die cut area. The back is clean and blank. It is marked on the front as follows:

JACK THE SAILOR BOY SAYS TO SPELL YOUR NAME
AND READ YOUR FORTUNE

The prize measures 1-3/4'' wide. It appears to be in very good condition with some caramel spotting as pictured.
