| | | | The pictures below show larger views of the Set of (2) Unused & Boxed Fancy Old Syroco Wood Candle Holder Book Ends in this lot. The bookends are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1950s or earlier. They are made of a compressed and molded wood saw dust type material. The book ends have molded candles, candle holders, reflective backing, and candle snuffers on the base. There are felt circles on the bottoms to protect surfaces. They are marked on old foil sticker on the bottom as follows: MADE IN U.S.A.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. These come in their original box with the original shredded packing material and tissue paper inside. One corner of the box has separated. The bookends each measures about 4-7/8'' x 6-1/2'' x 2-1/4''. The bookend set appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured. |
