The picture shows a view of this Old Unused Rapid Draughtsman Novelty Paper Drawing Toy envelope with the three pages that come inside. The year that this was made is unknown but judging by the actor and actresses it is believed to be from the 1920s. It is unknown how it was originally acquired but it is similar to an early Cracker Jack prize. The envelope pictures a boy drawing and it is marked as follows:

THE RAPID DRAUGHTSMAN (Draftsman)
A Very Pleasant Amusement For Children!
Made in Germany

The idea of the paper sheets is to fool your friends and family. They appear to be blank sheets of paper but they are not. Each one has an illustration of an Actor or Actress. They appear when you lightly pass over the sheet with a soft pencil. This pictures could then me colored in with crayons. The instructions are on the back of the envelope. The paper sheets picture the following:

GLORIA SWANSON
NORMA SCHEARER
FRED GILMAN

To judge the sizes the envelope measures 3-3/8'' x 4-7/8''. It is in mint unused condition as pictured.
