The picture below shows larger front and back views of this 1939 Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Lithographed Tin Toy Prize Whistle Spinner Top. It has a red, white, blue, and gold design on the top side and no finish on the embossed bottom. There is a point on the bottom for it to spin on. To whistle you blow in the side hole as you hold a finger on the top center hole. The whistle top is simply marked “MADE IN JAPAN”. The Cracker Jack ID number for this prize is Z-0847 and it was made by R. A.Wyllie & Son of Chicago, Illinois. The whistle measures about 1-1/2'' wide. The whistle works and it appears to be in good condition as pictured.
