It is not marked and the maker is unknown. It is made of brass. It has a winged roller skate that is enameled in dark blue and white. There are two hearts and an arrow that are on the pin section and one hanging heart charm. The pin hearts or the charm could be engraved by a Jeweler with names if desired. To judge the sizes the pin at the top measures 1-3/8'' wide. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. |
