| The pictures below show larger views of all (3) Complete Sets of (6) Unused 1970s ESSO Gas Station Advertising Premium Drink Coasters in this lot. One picture shows the backs of the three bagged sets, and the other picture shows all six different designs on the coasters. There is a total of (18) ESSO drink coasters, (3) of each design, in this lot. The back design with the ESSO tiger is shown. These each have a different Americana images from paintings by different Artists. These are believed to have been created for the 1976 United States Bicentennial. There was a set of place mats that were created as well, but they are not in this lot. One appears to be of Central Park in New York City. One is of Independence Hall in Philadelphia. One is of The French Quarter, of New Orleans, Louisiana. One is of The United States Capitol Building in Washington, D.C.. One may be of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. The last one has some early brick buildings, perhaps Boston, Massachusetts. All (18) coasters for one price! The drink coasters each measure 4-3/4'' x 3-1/2''. They appear to be in mint unused condition as pictured. |
