| | | The picture shows a view of all (4) Old United States Army Ordnance School Enameled Brass Uniform Insignia Pins in this lot. These pins are not dated and the year that they were made or used is unknown. They are believed to be from World War II. The four pins are identical and they came from the same person. They appear to be made of brass and they are enameled in black, red and yellow. They have a vertical pin on the back and they feature an insignia with a bomb and a oil lamp or lantern. They are each marked on the back as follows: N. S. MEYER, INC. NEW YORK (Meyer New York) Shield The pins measure 7/8'' x 1''. They appear to be in excellent condition as pictured. The bottom left one has a small chip in the enameling by the bomb. Two of them have some marked under the enameling as pictured. |
