| The pictures show views of all (10) Labor Day 1954 York Beach Maine Amusement Park Ride Photographs in this lot. There is an 11th non related photo (not pictured) that is on the back of one of the scrapbook pages. All of these black & white photographs were taken on Labor Day September 6th, 1954 at York Beach, Maine. They are all still pasted on two old scrap book pages. They are of a Brother and Sister as they ride the amusent park rides there. The rides include a boat, a car, an airplane, a horse cart, a train, a Ferris Wheel, and a Merry go Round or Carousel. A refreshment stand can be seen in the background of a few of them. The children are unknown, but the pages are dated and marked. The snap shot photographs each measure 3-1/2'' x 3-1/2''. They appear to be in excellent or better condition as pictured. |
